At Midwest Wagyu Beef, we take pride in ensuring that our premium American Wagyu beef is delivered to your doorstep fresh, safe, and on time. Please review our shipping policy to understand how your order will be handled.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship throughout the continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international locations at this time.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-7 business days. We are currently sending shipments once a week due to the nature of the product. . Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Timing

We use insulated packaging and dry ice to ensure your Wagyu beef stays frozen during transit. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Express Shipping: 2 business days (depending on location)

Please note that we ship orders Monday through Thursday to ensure delivery before the weekend and avoid any shipping delays that could compromise product quality.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. Express shipping will incur an additional cost, which will also be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Notifications

You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Concerns

We strive to deliver your beef in perfect condition. However, if you experience any issues with your delivery, such as delayed shipping, damaged packages, or improperly handled items, please contact our customer service team at [insert customer service email or phone number] within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Unattended Deliveries

Our shipments are designed to withstand 24 hours in transit without refrigeration. However, we strongly recommend that someone be available to receive the package, especially in warmer climates. Once delivered, it's important to refrigerate or freeze your beef immediately. We are not liable for any packages that were forgotten about by the customer.
