We prioritize the optimal growth and development of our calves by allowing them to graze in the pasture for approximately 12 to 18 months. While purebred Wagyu are typically fed for around three years, our American Wagyu are fed for about 26 to 32 months to achieve the desired marbling and flavor profile.
Our skilled nutritionist determines the precise types and amounts of feed necessary for our cattle. A unique aspect of our farm is that we grow our own feedstuffs, so when we say you are getting naturally fed beef, we mean it. From the crops we raise and produce to feed our cattle to the tri-tip that makes it to your dinner table, we are involved in every single step of the process. Approximately 95% of the feed product that goes into our cattle comes from our farm.
